ARTIST: MERAQUE
TITLE: PARADISO
LABEL: ERETNA
CAT NO: ERN057
FORMAT: 12" / ALBUM
GENRE: FOLK, ELECTRONICA, EXPERIMENTAL
RELEASE DATE: 01 JUNE 2026
Amsterdam-based collective Mèraque presents Paradiso, a hypnotic blend of Balkan and Middle Eastern folk with psychedelic club music. Traditional instruments such as oud, clarinet, guitar, and darbuka are interwoven with experimental downtempo electronics and subtle drum & bass influences.
Rooted in Balkan and Roma traditions, the band translates centuries-old melodies into a contemporary electronic landscape. In their interpretation of the traditional song Ederlezi, the emotional core remains intact, while modern production and deep grooves bring it to the dancefloor. Tracks like Space Ohm, inspired by Turkish Çifte Telli rhythms, move between ritualistic folk energy and hypnotic club structures.
The album features remixes by Anatolian Sessions, unders, and Dan Bay, further translating the material into an international club context.
ARTIST: AZERTYKLAVIERWERKE & ALEX DEFORCE
TITLE: SOORT VAN NERD / TONDER
LABEL: LES EDITIONS DEFORCE
CAT NO: LED003
FORMAT: 7”
GENRE: POETRY, ELECTRONICA, SPOKEN WORD
RELEASE DATE: OUT NOW
On ‘Soort Van Nerd’, melancholic, earnest emotion is still allowed. Melancholic but above all considered: Azertyklavierwerke is remarkably sparing with both word and sound, which makes the cut into his own skin (or someone else's) all the deeper.
Over a nostalgic but restrained bed of drum machine and a naïve piano line, he punctures where it hurts in true Eternal-Sunshine-of-the-Spotless-Mind fashion: "Ik wou dat je smelten kon, als een ijsblokje voor de zon" (I wish you could melt, like an ice cube in the sun). A song laced with tristesse that leans against the best work of weltschmerz masters like Spinvis and Sufjan Stevens — 'Soort van nerd' is a kind of genius underground pop song.
On Tonder, a match is found — between poet Alex Deforce and Azertyklavierwerke, that is. Over a runaway beat, they attempt to tame the search for love, or whatever vaguely resembles it. "Swiped right, match made" Deforce dictates with rhythmic detachment, as if delivering a mechanical recitation: love has never sounded colder or more clinical. What follows would not have been out of place on the soundtrack of Fritz Lang's Metropolis — best described as an industrial drum machine gasping for breath while trying to suppress an epileptic seizure.
Contemporary and contrarian, cryptic yet unvarnished: 'Tonder' (a wink to Tinder) is an intriguing song full of contradictions, leaving you orphaned and addicted in equal measure. Bonus: locked grooves! The 7" also features two locked grooves — endlessly repeating loops that anchor the record in hypnotic suspension. A gesture for the attentive listener and the DJ unafraid to mix into infinity. Needless to say this is a vinyl-only bonus feature.
LED003 is the second vinyl release on Les Editions Deforce, the Brussels-based imprint of poet/artist Alex Deforce. Available now on limited 7" vinyl — distributed worldwide for the first time.
ARTIST: VICTOR DE ROO & ALEX DEFORCE
TITLE: HOEK VAN DE LAATSTE ZON
LABEL: LES EDITIONS DEFORCE
CAT NO: LED001
FORMAT: 7”
GENRE: POETRY, SYNTH-POP, SPOKEN WORD
RELEASE DATE: OUT NOW
'Hoek van de laatste zon' sounds like the adopted bastard child of Dean Blunt and the late Luc De Vos. 'A cause de vos merdes' is as fierce as the title suggests — foaming at the mouth and growling, infectiously repetitive and menacing: a schizophrenic, peerless mantra summoning demons.
A 7" in the category of 'future Belpop classic'. Contrarian songs that leave you torn between humming along and bursting into tears. Catchy yet elusive, poppy and still avant-garde. For those drawn to intimate poetry over hypnotic rhythms, to wave and spoken word that still moves a dancefloor, to avant pop with a mantra edge.
Following the acclaim of 'Nachtdichter' on Knekelhuis, Victor De Roo and Alex Deforce reunited here for the inaugural release on Les Editions Deforce (LED), Deforce's Brussels-based imprint. 'In de hoek van de laatste zon' has since received airplay from NTS to Echobox and Kiosk Radio, from Dia! in Bayonne to EHFM in Edinburgh — making it arguably the most broadcast Dutch-language track beyond its own borders.
Alex Deforce is a published poet with two collections, including 'Tussenbruggen', released in five languages by Poëziecentrum.

ARTIST: MESSIER ONE
TITLE: WHO DO YOU WORSHIP?
LABEL: THE MESSIER OBJECTS
CAT NO: TMO-002
FORMAT: 12" / MINI ALBUM
GENRE: TECHNO, AMBIENT, ELECTRONICA
COUNTRY: THE NETHERLANDS
RELEASE DATE: OUT NOW
The Messier Objects returns with the second release on their label containing ten new tracks from the new TMO alter ego ‘Messier One.’ The work combines nostalgic IDM, eerie ambient and dreamy dub techno into one mini-album, inspired by the brute forces of nature and the power of healing and regeneration.
Expect to feel the force of nature on the A-side, where tracks such as ‘Earth’s Signal 04’ and ‘The Greatest Ebb Current’ contain distorted and fuzzy pads, eerie and vague echoing vocals, and whitenoise patterns that somehow feel strangely calming. Together with the broken drum patterns on tracks such as ‘Who Do You Worship?’, and the distorted kicks on ‘Kaalo Asmi Loka Kshaya Kritpraviddho’, the A-side manages to create crude IDM and ambient patterns – resembling historic natural events as if you were there yourself.
On the B-side. the noisy and broken patterns from the previous six tracks are replaced with warm and meditative sounds. ‘Two Tides’ is filled with soothing arpeggiated soundscapes and echoing voices, and the organic jungle chants and mythical vocals in ‘Rebuilding Temples’ further continue the process of regeneration. The B-side is accompanied with two remixes from Messier808 (known from the first release), who brings his typical meditative 4x4 patterns to the table, accompanied by dreamy textures, cyclical melodies and illusive effects from a now ‘healed’ society.
This thoughtful release brings a complete story told in only ten chapters. As always, their releases are backed by breathtaking artworks using vibrant and organic colours, completing an intriguing mini-album.
ARTIST: JESSYJIGGY
TITLE: AGENT BY DEFAULT IN HYBRID SYSTEMS
LABEL: AT THE INTERSECTION RECORDS
CAT NO: ATIR002
FORMAT: 12"
MUSIC GENRE: HOUSE, EXPERIMENTAL
RELEASE DATE: OUT NOW
'Agent By Default In Hybrid Systems' is a deep dive into today’s and tomorrow’s society. Across four tightly constructed tracks, cinematic-surrealist musician and DJ JessyJiggy reflects on how mankind and machine-driven systems coexist and evolve. We act, respond, and adapt as agents by default caught between instinct and structure. Built for movement yet rooted in observation, every progression feels less like a command and more like a suggestion inviting listeners to negotiate their own place inside the grid.
This poetic concept translates into music where analogue and digital tools merge into a hybrid sound. Compositions carry an almost automatic rhythm that drives motion while sound design elements subtly reference modern technology. Raw, bass-driven, minimal and techno showcase the breadth and progressiveness of Rotterdam with its brutalist spirit embedded in every detail.
Carefully mixed and mastered by Simon Lescure, who works at the intersection of sound design, club culture, and contemporary art, the record is optimized for a wide spectrum of sound systems while offering a distinct, full-bodied experience on the dance floor. With his vision of music as a system of memory and tension, a way to hold time and transmit presence, raw energy is brought into focus, shaping JessyJiggy's signature sound with clarity, weight, and intent.
A work committed to pushing boundaries and contributing something lasting to the electronic music landscape, this record is crafted to become a cult classic.

TITLE: PATHS OF SAND
LABEL: BYT’
CAT NO: BYT002
FORMAT: 12"
GENRE: EXPERIMENTAL / AMBIENT
Born from a profound devotion to the piano and a reverence for the organic flow of life, byt’ surprises listeners by presenting paths of sand, a remarkable creation by Amsterdam- based composer xico, offering sound and soul to those willing to listen beyond the surface.
Through the magic of experimentation, xico captured the fleeting beauty of the muse of improvisation, as described by Nachmakovich, transforming the ephemeral into something lasting. Performances recorded on the same old piano during the 2023 Kaalstaart Festival in the Netherlands have since evolved into a fully realized work.
A journey of nearly three years of dedicated silence that began with Telva’s intuitive recognition of xico’s voice, starting with an invitation to her radio show and blossoming into a captivating fascination with what unfolded. This process led to the art of shaping the selected live recordings into a collector’s item, now materialized as a limited edition of 200 pressed vinyl copies, forever remaining as an artistic memento.
paths of sand unfolds as an intimate reflection of music’s ability to hold what cannot be held, to speak what cannot be said, and to embody what can never be described.

OUT NOW
A deep voyage into the vast and intense productions of Dawn Razor & Confluence. Authentic in every way yet paying hommage to the classic sounds of techno and electro we all love. The two producers clearly have a profound understanding of the genre—their maturity and experience shine throughout the EP as they lead listeners into uncharted sonic territory.
Resist is mesmerising, captivating attention with edgy grooves, an undercurrent of psychedelia, and undeniable sex appeal. These murky, tricked-out productions are designed to transport dancers while making them lose themselves in the process. A true one-of-a-kind release, Resist highlights the dynamic tension between Dawn Razor & Confluence as they hone their signature bass-heavy sound, fusing multiple styles into something entirely their own. Pure class, pure heat.
Remix duties feature two heavyweights. First, the iconic Jerome Hill delivers a classic rave-ready breakbeat weapon, re-envisioning Xanax with stunning vocal sample work. Finally, Doctor Jeep closes with a hypnotic, bass-driven head-banger—sexy, chugging, and deep into the night.

With "De Verlosser EP," producer Uit De Hoogte leaves the dance floor behind. In five murderous ballads, he explores themes of loneliness, faith, longing, love, and lust. Dutch poetry and electronica merge into a sound that leans on synthpop, indie, dream pop, wave, and even the Dutch folk song.
ARTIST: XA4 / PHILIP GLASS
TITLE: THE SEA ABOVE
LABEL: ORANGE MOUNTAIN MUSIC
CAT NO: XA4GLASS10012
FORMAT: 12" / MINI ALBUM
GENRE: CLASSICAL / ELECTRONICA
Dutch composer and pianist Xavier Boot, also known as XA4, joins Philip Glass for the second release on the New York-based record label Orange Mountain Music, owned by Philip Glass.
“Xavier is really a wonderful pianist, and I am thrilled by how he now tackles my compositions, with that elegant electronica touch.” – Philip Glass
The Sea Above features not only Glass compositions but also several original pieces by Xavier: “I recorded this album inspired by all the musical influences I’ve experienced in my life, including classical, electronic (club) music, ambient, minimal, and even Indonesian music. The title track of the album is inspired by Philip Glass’s composition Mad Rush. He told me that he wrote this piece for an event with the Dalai Lama, where it was unclear when the Dalai Lama would arrive. That’s why Mad Rush was composed to last either five minutes or an hour. I tried to convey this idea of timelessness in my music, embodying this endless portal of time and space, which was also scientifically described by Albert Einstein. Another track on the album, Train I, is a reworking from Philip Glass’s opera Einstein on the Beach. You can experience the music on this album as a kind of journey, a trip where you are energetically drawn in at the beginning and later enter more of a fantasy world where dreams and unconscious elements of your mind can emerge.”

Morning Stone is Pacific nostalgia. Now based in Mohkintsis territory on the Eastern side of the Rocky Mountains, Benoit Guimond, under his moniker Angel Science, draws us into his early life in Vancouver. That coast is still home, and his conifer-covered memories have been shaped into the organic textures of this record. Waving filtrations, archival recordings, rewinding spins and ethereal pads signal a return to the stones, sand and organic beach drift of the Pacific Northwest. Environmental rhythm and free-flowing flourishes reveal a musician in the core of his memory, at the forefront of an ever-evolving sonic journey.
Guimond has rapidly become a standout figure in Canada’s underground dance scene, celebrated for his subtle grooves and esoteric soundscapes with releases on PHTM, Echolocations, PPRZ and more.

TITLE: U PARADISE
LABEL: WEIRDOS INC
CAT NO: WI10
FORMAT: 12"
GENRE: TECHNO, TRIBAL
Bristol's enigmatic Rali Pibs delivers six extraordinary tracks that defy categorisation but land somewhere in the realm of hypercolour industrial techno. Opening with 'U Paradise' and its snappy tech drums and smudged synth textures, 'Ritual Loops' fuses primal rhythms with abrasive textures. The collection dances on the edge of outsider music while flirting with ambient delight on 'Sensitive (Distil Instinct mix),' 'Shaka' is twisted metal and loop-techno absurdity and 'Severence' could be Hall & Oats if they did Es. 'U Paradise Groove' is an industrial and tribal beatdown to close a truly unconventional 12".

Throw it on your sound system, and you'll be dodging bullshit like Neo dodges bullets in The Matrix. ARTIST: DEREK CARR
TITLE: HARVEST TIME EP
LABEL: FLUID ELECTRONICS
CAT NO: FE005
FORMAT: 12"
GENRE: TECHNO
EXPECTED ON OR BEFORE 12 DECEMBER
Next up on Fluid Electronics, Irish producer Derek Carr joins up the fold with his “Harvest Time EP”, featuring Dutch techno staple Deniro on remix duty. Carr’s style, stretching from low-slung techno to squelchy electro, via breaks and chiselled IDM, teleports us to a zero-G headspace where shape and substance merge into an effervescing and highly stimulating maelstrom of sound. The very idea of self-reflexive dance music.
Fusing sino-flavoured harmonics with a straight out hi-tech edge, the lead single “Harvest Time” is the perfect balance between body and soul music, as it elegantly bridges the gap between that sense of weightless vaporousness and a more tactile punch. Pace itself feels relative. In the hands of Deniro, the track hatches into an eerily haunting piece of cinematic electronics, stressing further on the contrasting batucada-esque rhythms and slo-scudding synth tapestry.
The Italo-indebted “Dust Yourself Down” takes Moroder on a ride by the seashore, all arps and heavily processed keys blazing. Dipped in acid, “Rhea” pulls out a cascade of pretty aggro snares, prismatic bleeps, bloops, and a healthy dose of post-trancey waves crashing against a glassy sound design.
ARTIST: COMPUTER BLUE
TITLE: YES, BUT CONSIDER TOAST
LABEL: NO SLACK RECORDS
CAT NO: NSCB001
FORMAT: 12" LP
MUSIC GENRE: TRIP HOP
RELEASE DATE: OUT NOW
“The city does not tell its past, but contains it like the lines of a hand…”
[Yes, But Consider Toast] is the debut album from Computer Blue, the synergistic duo of singer/songwriter and cellist Jane Ha aka Pika and producer, DJ, and live performer Junmin Cho aka Livigesh. It is pop—transfigured. Skewed. Hazy. Edged with noise. A nexus of two emotive particles.
Across ten tracks, Livigesh lays down a warped pop continuum—fragments of beats, textures, and samples. These are his invisible cities; the architecture arranged and rearranged. Over that, Pika’s sharp, understated lyrics further stretch the idea of pop into something more unstable—more raw. [Yes, But Consider Toast] is aurally akin to a dream-like flux, grounded by the human condition. If you're looking for reference points, maybe it’s Computer Blue’s Emperor Tomato Ketchup, Teen Dream, or Heaven or Las Vegas—but filtered through the dust and circuitry of personal expressions of reality. It all began in 2019, just as the world was beginning to fray. Livigesh, in pandemic-mode isolation, channeled his restlessness into building the backbone of the record—writing, arranging, and producing all 10 tracks from the ground up. Along the way, he brought in guitar work from Rainbow 99 (“In the Light,” “We Can Go”) and live drums by long-time collaborator Pat Tuman aka Tat Puman (“Alone,” “In the Light,” “Tis Time,” “We Can Go,” and “Float”).
Eventually, Pika—formerly of Korean post-rock band Loro’s—entered the picture. Serendipity led them to perform at the same club in Seoul’s Hongdae district, and something clicked. Then came the regular weekly dives into whatever sound made sense that day. At Livigesh's studio, Pika layered in vocals and lyrics, shaping the mood, tilting the edges. Her voice brought warmth but never gloss. There was always a little static left in the mix. Eventually, the musical feedback loops between the two catalyzed the final form of their fused visions. In 2024, Computer Blue was born.
ARTIST: MASSIANDE
TITLE: ESSENTIAL
LABEL: FLUID FUNK
CAT NO: FF007
FORMAT: 12"
GENRE: HOUSE
RELEASE DATE: OUT NOW
Punching in with his debut vinyl EP for Fluid Funk, Chilean house producer Massiande follows up to a string of head-turning releases on an array of labels, including Jimpster’s Freerange Records. His much anticipated new offering, “Essential”, packs all the attributes of his vivid, floor-focussed vision, taking us on a bouncy ride across densely forested coastal house scapes and heavy-lidded electronics. Draped in washed-out pads and cottony textures, Massiande’s tracks have us floating in a chromatic daze of sorts, light-hearted and somewhat nostalgic, but above all hopeful and resilient.
A textbook slab of Massiande’s ever-expanding palette of woozy house tropes and silken disco touch, A1 “Tears” (also presented in bare instrumental form on the flip side [B2]) has it all, from the euphonic synths arrangements to the no-nonsense, club-igniting jack and irresistible footwork, via the infectious bass and Chicago-style soulfulness of its vocals. Proper fiery number and absolute weapon for any DJ seeking either impactful elegance in a peak-time context or to rekindle the flame when the after gets a bit too prosaic and requires that extra funky boost to get back on tracks. Grooviness exemplified.
More of a straightforward affair, A2 “Essential” unflappably beckons us on the path of utter vaporous escapology with its pulsating tableau of FX-soaked machine talk, semi-acidic bass and zero-G synthwork painting the sky all shades of pastel. The result is a rather captivating piece of weightlessly intuitive though carefully engineered sonic daydream. Injecting further oomph to the groove, B1 “Come On” pulls out a symbiotic collage of Sino-flavoured melody, Stax-ian vox sampling and straight out Detroit house-indebted propulsion, neatly showcasing both Massiande’s broad spectrum of influences and that idiosyncratic take of his on the said genres’ tried-and-tested leitmotivs.

Irish artist The Cyclist (Andrew Morrison) delivers a four-cut dispatch of throbbing house rhythmics and afterhours glow inspired by a trip to Chicago in the summer of 2023. “Mescalate” slides through the door with an uptempo house roller, piston hats and soft-clipped stabs. Title track “Sublimity” slides into a hard-edged garage-house sway with mantra-esque vocals whirling over rolling bass. “Beamin” turns the lights up bright, synthy chords arcing like sun through the fog. Closer “Black Velvet” dials it down into a dubby, deep, bass-heavy stout drift that lingers in the chest long after the needle lifts.

FORMAT: 12"
MUSIC GENRE: DEEP HOUSE, ELECTRO, JUNGLE
PRE ORDER: OUT NOW
Following up on a cracker split single in 2023, Overload Liverpool enterted into 2024 firing on all cylinders with a 5 shooter of freaked-out electro, warm house, deep dub cuts, and gorgeous ambient.
Firstly, Liverpool-based label boss Morrison highlights two of his distinct and dissociative styles. On the front end of the A-side, his The Motorist alias provides us with a freaked-out formant-filtered electro that’s bursting at the lips. On the back end, a deep yet bright house cut from his The Cyclist alias, with warm warbling synths layered over his Wurlitzer electric piano and suitably grooved and jaunty beats.
To kick off the deeper B-side of the 12”, Wax Tek, a founder of the Liverpool Soundsystem crew Polyone Audio, hits us right in the chest with his dubbed-out breakbeat wonder, Get Set, which diverges through Balearic, bass music, a delirious breakdown, and hard-hitting breakbeats.
Deeper still, the second B-side from Puncta, another Liverpool-based artist, who last year came to light with their release on Sputnik One’s N-Face, dives into the deep Arctic seas with Snow Crab, an exercise in dubbed-out electro-style bass music.
Finally, Belfast-based Aaron Thomas brings the 12” EP to a fitting closure with Concert², which, washing over the listener, dances like opulent drapes with its ethereal synths that crash to and fro.
ARTIST: THE CYCLIST
TITLE: ALABASTER THRONES
LABEL: 100% SILK
CAT NO: SILK105
FORMAT: 12"
MUSIC GENRE: HOUSE, TECHNO
This EP returns to the kinetic and shredded mode The Cyclist both named and perfected: “tape throb.” Alabaster Thrones collects four recent cuts of Andrew Morrison’s blasted house signature, tracked at his home studio in Birmingham, UK during “the height of mania – a time when I had no time.”
The context translates: the music is churning and charged, careening through twisting tunnels. The title is “a deflation of grandiosity” cribbed from Ulysses (“…a noble race, rulers of the waves, who sit on thrones of alabaster, silent as the deathless gods”), though Morrison’s meaning is more personal: “It’s a reminder to level yourself and think of all those around you.” Reflective forward motion for deflective backwards times.
